Before spring break, I’d start eating healthy high- antioxidant chocolate. The brand I eat is the ONLY chocolate I will ever eat again. But, I’d start now. It’s getting really close. Last summer after eating high antioxidant chocolate for 2 months, my back which previous to last year was in the cycle of tan, peel, tan peel tan and peel was just TANNING. No sunburn and no peel. I thought, huh, interesting. I did a bunch of research and turns out other people have already done research on this.
