My dream come true. According to Cornell University, chocolate has more cancer-fighting properties than red wine or green tea!

My father passed away from Cancer in May 2009. The last six months of his life he spent extensively studying nutrition and alternative medicine. This was a man who once considered himself a conservative and who really loved his Colony Pizza and red meat. We used to argue about everything under the sun. I miss him. 

About me

I suffered more than half of my life through the hell of disseminated late- stage Chronic Lyme disease. I had extensive heart, kidney, liver and brain damage, as well as extensive muscular-skeletal and immune system damage. After 5 years of advanced pharmacological medicine, I realized I had to find another way. I searched hard and then found true healing through energy medicine and high-antioxidant food- based medicine. I halted the illness, then reversed and began to repair the damage. Diet IS everything. My favorite words list includes words such as “rad” and “brilliant” now also includes words such as “Antioxidants,” “Flavonoids,” “Polyphenols” and “Epicatechins.” This blog is about how healthy high- antioxidant food works on a scientific- basis to help heal us.
